In windows installing Debain from Microsoft Store fails with: The error "0x8007019e The Windows Subsystem for Linux has not been enabled"

Error:

The error "0x8007019e The Windows Subsystem for Linux has not been enabled" 


Solution:

Enable Windows Subsystem for Linux:

Open "Turn Windows features on or off" by searching for it in the Start Menu. 

Locate "Windows Subsystem for Linux" in the list. 

Enable this option.
