Error:
ISCSI vVOL Datastore created by Netapp VSC/OTV is inaccessible
Solution:
Add the iscisi LIF to ESXI
ESXI->Configure->Software iSCSI adapter->Dynamic Discovery
Do a rescan storage adapter.
Now already created VSC/OTV vVOL datastore will be available for use.
