Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding

Error:

While doing Vcenter VM operations getting errors as :

 Increase the timeout value passed to the call to Request or increase the SendTimeout value on the Binding

Solution:

Restart the vCenter server.
