Issue:
Deploying OVF Template stuck "Validating..." for hours
Solution:
This happen when you use linked mode Vcenter server and deploy OVA.
In this case login to the correct VCenter server where your esxi is residing and re-deploy OVA/OVF and the issue will resolve,
