                How to Downgrade VMware VM hardware version



1.Power off the VM.

 2.Go to datastore and browse files for the VMs

 3.Download the VM.vmx file

 4.Edit the file for the parameter:

     virtualHW.version = "10" 
    
    here value will bet the hw version.

 5.Upload this file to the same location.

 6.Power ON VM.
